Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of site operations, including financial performance, employee engagement, and service delivery, to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Oversee Transportation and Warehouse teams, setting clear priorities and providing hands-on leadership to ensure efficient operations.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and communicate performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
- Promote a customer-first mindset across all operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and/or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of the home appliance delivery and installation industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and time management abilities.
