Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and profitable performance
- Management of all P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement
- Recruitment, training, and leadership of a high-performing team while fostering a positive workplace culture
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting
- Strong operational background with staff management and development experience
- Expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment industries
- Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred
