General Manager in Training/ Sales Support Assista

About the role

This position is a General Manager in Training opportunity available for day/afternoon/evening and weekend hours, floating to nine convenient Stores (5-Holiday StationStores) companywide.

Responsibilities

• Implementing consistent procedural practices and standards required by The LINN Companies and Corporate Holiday
• Follow up on all manager and employee concerns or inquiries
• Filling in for management during vacation or other absences or training new managers
• Aiding in store meetings
• Scheduling assistance on labor hours
• Maintaining store cleanliness and product layout

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in convenient stores or chain locations
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• A very high regard for customer service
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage others well, while multi-tasking in high volume locations
• Willingness to have a flexible schedule and travel to multiple stores according to needs
