About the role
This role is designed for ambitious, high-performing individuals ready to learn every aspect of running a successful club, from team leadership and operational execution to sales performance and member experience. You’ll train directly with company leadership and experienced General Managers while preparing for placement into a General Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Train alongside current General Managers and leadership teams
- Learn club operations, labor management, staffing, and scheduling
- Develop coaching and accountability skills to lead high-performing teams
- Drive membership sales, supplements revenue, and overall club performance
- Deliver exceptional member experience and resolve escalated concerns
- Maintain company standards in presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Learn reporting, KPIs, payroll/timekeeping oversight, and operational metrics
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Execute company initiatives, promotions, and club events
- Prepare for future placement into a General Manager leadership role
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong communication and team-building skills

- Sales-minded with operational discipline
- Able to coach, motivate, and develop others
- Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends
- Fitness, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit leadership experience preferred
