We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes "Job Description" then paragraphs. We need to identify sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities (Primary and Secondary), Requirements (maybe Success Factors, Essential Job Skills, Prior Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Physical Demands, Work Environment). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: we have schedule info: "Position is exempt and requires a minimum of 50-55 hours per week (excluding meal break periods). The average schedule is 5-6 days a week, 11 hour shifts, including rotating nights and weekends, with an hour for lunch. Additional hours may be required based on staffing, store conditions, sales to target, and other business demands. General Managers are required to work a schedule based on the needs of the business." That's schedule info, so we can include a Schedule section. Pay: not mentioned. Benefits: not mentioned. So we omit Benefits and Pay. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to cut out the EEO statement, privacy notice link, "We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws." and the EEO paragraph. Also maybe "California Residents Click Below For Privacy Notice". Also "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove those. Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing many duplicates. We need to keep all other content: intro paragraph, responsibilities (primary and secondary), success factors, essential job skills, prior experience, education etc., physical demands, work environment, schedule. We need to decide how to structure sections. Could have:

    About the role

    with intro paragraph(s).

    Responsibilities

    with
    • for primary responsibilities and maybe secondary responsibilities combined? Could separate Primary and Secondary as subheadings? But only allowed headings are h3 for section headings; we could still have

? Not specified; only says use

for section headings. Probably we should only use h3 for main sections; we can still use

      or

inside. Could separate primary and secondary as separate
          with headings in

maybe? But better to keep one Responsibilities section with all responsibilities listed. We need to include Success Factors, Essential Job Skills, Prior Experience, Education etc. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map content to these. Thus: About the role: intro paragraph. Responsibilities: primary and secondary responsibilities. Requirements: maybe Success Factors? Or Requirements could include Success Factors, Essential Job Skills, Prior Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations. Qualifications: maybe Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations. Skills: Essential Job Skills. Schedule: schedule info. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has real content. Let's extract content. Intro: "A General Manager must be committed to inspiring our team, as well as helping our Customers succeed and growing our business with integrity. Professional level sales and management position capable of supporting functions on both sides of the business. The role requires understanding of store systems, automotive systems, parts knowledge and has the ability to identify, troubleshoot and project assist for DIY. Responsible for developing and maintaining Professional Customer relationships and program growth. Is accountable for achieving financial metrics and maintaining service and appearance standards." That's the intro. Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities list (multiple lines). Secondary Responsibilities list. We need to capture each bullet as

        • . The primary responsibilities are sentences separated by line breaks? They are: - Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives - Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships/sales, including building and holding team accountable to executing Customer action plans - Selection, hiring, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling and engagement of store Team Members - Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards - Coach all Team Members to deliver on Customer expectations (DIY and Professional) - Manager on duty responsibilities (touch base/coaching, floor/phone mgmt., task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties) - Ability to lead change management - Embrace diversity and foster a respectful environment for both Customers and Team Members Secondary Responsibilities: - Provide DIY service including battery installation, testing, wiper install, etc. - Assist District/Region in other functions upon request We'll put all under Responsibilities
. Now Requirements: Could include Success Factors list, Essential Job Skills list, Prior Experience, Education etc. But we also have separate sections for Qualifications and Skills. Let's decide: Requirements: Success Factors list (maybe). Also Prior Experience that Sets a General Manager up for Success. Qualifications: Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations. Skills: Essential Job Skills Necessary for Success as a General Manager. Physical Demands and Work Environment maybe could be under Requirements or Qualifications? But we have no specific heading for those; we could include them under Requirements as additional lists. But we must not create sections with filler. We'll include them as part of Requirements maybe. Let's extract Success Factors list: - Friendly communication - Ability to locate and stock parts - Safety knowledge and skills - Ability to become ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent - Ability to execute and train project and product quality recommendations - Advanced parts lookup and sourcing - Ability to source from numerous places including special order, FDO, second source, etc. - Ability to execute and train all store operational processes and procedures, and testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY services - Ability to execute and train inventory systems and store equipment - Ability to execute and train POS and Parts lookup systems - Ability to review and analyze P&L statement - Ability to recruit, select, hire and develop quality Team Members - Ability to build and grow relationships with Professional Customers That's a list. Prior Experience that Sets a General Manager up for Success: - 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10 - 20 Team Members in a fast-paced and highly dynamic retail environment - Successful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumen Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area preferred. - Must have a valid driver's license - ASE Certification Preferred, But Not Required Physical Demands: paragraph describing demands. Work Environment: paragraph describing environment. Schedule: as extracted. Now we need to output HTML fragment with sections. We'll do:

            About the role

            ... intro ...

            Responsibilities

            • ...
            • ...

            Requirements

            • Success Factors list items...
            • ...
Maybe also include Prior Experience as list items under Requirements? Could be separate
but still under same heading. But we need to avoid mixing unrelated items in same list? It's okay. Alternatively we could have separate headings for Success Factors, Prior Experience, Education etc. But we only have allowed headings list; we could still use

for each of those if they correspond to allowed headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. So we can map: - Requirements: Success Factors + Prior Experience - Qualifications: Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Skills: Essential Job Skills Physical Demands and Work Environment maybe could be under Requirements as well (they are requirements). Could add as list items. But we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's structure:
