Responsibilities
- Productivity / Efficiency:
- Understand customer contract requirements.
- Ensure all paperwork and data entry is completed by 9 AM the next day and by the end of the billing period.
- Perform cycle counts as detailed by the company or customer and record system entries.
- Achieve Daily Revenue P & L Metric (overall green status).
- Ensure Daily Revenue P & L metric information is current within 48 hours.
- Work with direct reports to implement corrective actions based on weekly performance when metrics are below green status (exceptions for some customer accounts based on data availability).
- Manage overall equipment needs and supply ordering.
- Plan daily labor to match inbound/outbound activity.
- Safety:
- Ensure Safety Policies are followed and enforced throughout the operation.
- Develop and implement Corrective Actions based on historical trends of recorded incidents and damage costs, including team input for safety awareness.
- Provide periodic updates on progress with Corrective Actions.
- Complete monthly audits:
- Hoist Inspection Audit – weekly
- First Aid Medication Log – monthly
- Safety Board Information Review – monthly
- Motorized Equipment Daily Inspection, Scrubber Daily Inspection, Golf Cart, etc. (electronic/paper) – daily
- SOP’s – Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions:
- Complete SOP monthly reviews by required due dates.
- Provide feedback on documented processes by recommending changes via the Document Control Plan using the Document Change Request form.
- Ensure customer-specific processes and work instructions are developed, documented, and reviewed with affected employees, and added to the established customer folder on the company “S” drive.
- Quality:
- No customer loss due to Quality/Performance issues.
- Complete the “Operations - New Customer Set Up” document for new and existing customers transitioning to a new region.
- Drive organic growth with existing customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Address Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
- Meet or exceed KPI metric objectives.
- Ensure all information sent out of the department is accurate and track any errors.
- Training:
- Follow the established Training Program C.G.GE.006.
- Ensure training of employees is documented.
- Complete Operations & Safety Checklists per the Training Program.
- Conduct Job Proficiency Training Reviews for new hires and tenured employees per the Training Program.
- Food Safety:
- Ensure buildings and areas of responsibility are audit- and tour-ready.
- Prepare for 3rd Party Audits (AIB, SQF, customer-conducted audits, etc.) with a scoring objective of passing (Pass or Fail) or achieving an Excellent Range (950 and above).
- Review negative/non-passing results with affected management team members.
- Complete and record audits by required due dates:
- Facility Audit – monthly
- Rodent Log – weekly
- Glass Breakage Audit – monthly (as required by customer)
- Master Sanitation Checklist – daily, weekly, monthly
- Follow food/safety SOPs and AIB standards. Must have experience and be knowledgeable about Food Safety or willing to receive training.
- Storage:
- Maximize storage density by following the customer’s or company’s direction.
- Follow guidelines outlined in the Peak Storage and Space Utilization Entries SOP.

Pay
$90,000 to $150,000 yearly (target range: $95,000 to $130,000).
