Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management.
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proficiency in ServiceTitan software is a must.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage service schedules, dispatching, invoicing, and customer management.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement necessary changes to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with the overall company strategy.

About the Role
