Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and guest-focused culture
- Managing financial performance: labor, cost of goods, and store-level P&L
- Upholding operational and service standards across all dayparts
- Cooking coaching team members and creating growth opportunities
- Handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health regulations
- Leading by example on the floor during peak shifts
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant General Manager or multi-unit experience (fast casual, upscale casual, or full service preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals
- Passion for hospitality, great food, and creating memorable guest moments
- Able to work 50–60 hours per week, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServSafe and TABC certification preferred
