Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality standards are met
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Maintain financial performance and prepare operational reports
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive work culture and promote team collaboration
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure
- Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Pay
A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually
