General Manager — High-End Residential HVAC

We are a high-end residential HVAC company over $22 million in annual revenue. We focus exclusively on residential work. No commercial sales. We are looking for a General Manager to run day-to-day operations and keep sales, service, construction, and the back office moving together. Responsibilities Own day-to-day operations across the businessManage replacement sales with a team behind high-end residential replacementsOversee service operations and customer outcomesManage construction work tied to residential installs and projectsDirect inside sales so leads are worked and followed throughOversee accounting processes and financial discipline for daily operationsOversee with your team warehouse operations, including inventory, materials, and job readiness.Coach managers and teams, set priorities, and hold people accountable to resultsProtect the residential-only focus.
