The Opportunity
GROWMARK is seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead GROWMARK FS (GFS), a multi-state retail business serving customers across the Northeast. In this role, you’ll have full accountability for performance, profitability, and long-term strategy—while leading a complex, high-impact organization and partnering closely with GROWMARK executive leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Set and execute the strategic vision and business plan for GFS

- Use data, KPIs, and market insights to guide decision-making and performance

- Strong financial and business acumen with experience leading large, complex operations
