About the role
The successful candidate will lead the operations and growth of the Gonzales office, overseeing all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and client acquisition.
- Manage team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with other offices to maintain consistent brand messaging and standards.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and their implementation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
