About the role

The General Manager oversees all restaurant processes, personnel, staffing levels, and overall operation of their assigned venue under the direction of the Director of Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant processes and personnel
• Oversee staffing levels and overall operation of assigned venue
• Support Foxwoods Resort Casino's commitment to providing an "Extraordinary" Guest Service experience
• Demonstrate Guest Service Standards at all times and hold team members to the same
• Supervise high volume operations of a comparable concept
• Work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as required

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher
• Previous work experience from an equal or higher position with very similar job responsibilities and business volumes
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant supervisory experience in high volume operations of a comparable concept
• Tips or Smart Certification preferred
