Job responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and brand standards
- Hire, train, and manage staff performance
- Handle guest complaints and ensure service recovery
- Manage sales, P&L, labor, and food costs
- Monitor daily reports and drive business decisions
- Ensure inventory control and vendor coordination
- Drive sales through promotions and local marketing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Lead team, improve performance, and maintain positive work environment
Job Qualification
- Education: High school diploma required; degree preferred
- Experience: At least 8 to 12 years in the restaurant industry, with significant management experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred
