General Manager, General Imaging & Primary Care (GIPC) Ultrasound
Essential Responsibilities
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and long-range roadmap for GIPC Ultrasound across relevant markets.
- Translate market, customer, and industry insights into actionable strategies that drive growth, differentiation, and share gain.
- Establish clear segmentation, positioning, and value propositions aligned to evolving customer needs.
- Operate across matrixed, global environments with strong executive presence and influence.
- Data-driven decision maker who challenges assumptions and synthesizes complex inputs.
- Lead transformation, innovation, and growth in dynamic markets with a focus on commercial acumen.
- Influence go-to-market models, sales enablement, and commercial policy across diverse global regions.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline, or progressive responsibility in engineering, business or commercial leadership.
- Specific healthcare industry or GE experience leading a GE business unit.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team.
- Ability to engage with and deliver GE value proposition to senior level contacts within account and/or prospect organizations.
- Strong demonstrated communication skills, articulating complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills as evidenced by ability to build support, loyalty, and commitment across diverse and global teams.
Desired Characteristics
- Advanced degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering or Science.
- Technical expertise in Ultrasound.
- Deep Product, Clinical, Technology & Scientific Knowledge.
- Innovative and disruptive mindset with proven record of leading successful digital product transformation.
- Proven track record to lead and drive global teams to deliver on business and program goals.
- Previous experience in regulated medical device company.
- Six sigma/5S/Lean trained.
Pay, Benefits & Schedule
The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
