As a General Manager, you will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and create an atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.

• Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times.
• Maintain operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Foster a positive restaurant atmosphere for patrons and employees.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000.00 – $78,210.00.

Additional Information

This position is at an independently owned and operated Denny’s franchise. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and termination. The franchisor does not receive applications or control hiring decisions for this role.
