StarrChex, LLC, an award-winning Checkers franchise, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant management. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profits through the use of systems and processes
• Satisfy guests by providing exceptional service
• Develop and lead a high-performing team
• Work closely with the District Manager to meet performance goals and maximize monthly bonus payments
• Collaborate with StarrChex founder and president to drive sales growth and expand business operations

Requirements

Must have a proven track record in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role within the fast food industry is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Relevant certifications may be considered.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
