Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations for one of our extended stay properties. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading and developing team members, and ensuring compliance with all company, brand, federal, state, and local standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and understands the importance of balancing guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial success.
