Responsibilities
- Manage multiple rental store locations
- Review contracts daily, including amendments and terminations
- Assess equipment purchasing needs based on feedback
- Weekly modify and approve Sales Plan
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Review daily debt collection efforts
- Communicate with staff regarding slow-moving equipment
- Maintain presentable state of facilities and staff
- Handle various operational reporting
- Supervise, interview, hire, and train employees
Qualifications
- 10 years experience in a related field
- Business Management degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in the rental industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of P&L and financial controls
- Outside sales or negotiation experience
- High accountability and time management skills

Pay
$108,430 – $149,091 annually
