Position Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and support of Regional Infrastructure and Security operational activities.
- Manage DX-I personnel through effective guidance, mentoring and conducting required performance assessments.
- Oversee the management of key suppliers, contracts and agreements with external parties.
- Oversee regional DX-I projects, and other tasks as assigned to the DX-I department
- Create and implement the DX-I annual strategic plan
- Create and manage the annual DX-I expense & fixed asset budget planning
- Adhere to the Global Aisin Security Guidelines and Rules and Regulations requirements.
- Evaluate user needs & system functionality to establish and/or improve DX-I standards
- Conduct regular operational meetings to ensure that daily activities and projects are being managed and monitored.
- Congduct bi-annual North American DX-I Meetings and participate and present DX-I related updates to executives in quarterly meetings
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all sites through effective support and guidance.
- Provide DX-I related advice to the regional business management team
- Oversee critical situations, which may involve complex technical hardware/software problems, network security vulnerabilities, personnel, business change, etc.
- Work closely with DX-I service teams to further the push to standardization.
- Manage IT and cybersecurity compliance certification efforts (e.g., TISAX), ensuring adherence to standards and successful recertification for the business.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in DX-I with clear progression in roles, responsibilities and skill level.
- Strong organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with DX-Strategy stakeholders.
- Prowen proficiency in managing large teams and delivering high-quality services.
- Leading personnel, performance assessments, training, and mentoring.
- Experience supporting a global manufacturing environment.
- Automotive industry experience a plus.
- Experience managing and interacting with DX-I related vendors.
- Proven experience contributing to DX-I strategic planning initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, administrative and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in DX-I related discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Master’s Degree in DX-I related discipline or Business Administration preferred.
- Relevant DX-I technology (e.g. ITIL, PMP, COBIT, Cisco, etc.) specific certifications required.
