Our Manager in Training program is designed to provide hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash operations, equipping you with the skills to step confidently into the General Manager role. From day one, you'll immerse yourself in our operations, learning the business from the ground up. As you progress, you'll take on increasing responsibility, mastering day-to-day management and driving the overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash location. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead a clean, safe, fun, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and inventory levels to ensure continuous operation.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Understand all aspects of Safety, including implementing, executing and coaching all company Safety Practices & Procedures in a fast-paced business.
- Keep up to date on business objectives (Both Opportunities and Successes).
