General Manager, Clear Aligners

We are a rapidly growing company backed by leading venture capital firms, focusing on the clear aligners category. As the General Manager for Clear Aligners, you will lead our efforts to grow and dominate this market.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Customer Deeply
• Walk the floor: talk to doctors regularly, listen to sales calls, and read customer support tickets
• Translate insights into strategic and commercial decisions
• Growth & GTM Strategy
• Define and own the clear aligners growth strategy
• Optimize inbound and outbound marketing funnels
• Refine talk tracks, enablement materials, and act as the commercial voice of the product
• Develop pricing strategy, packaging decisions, and competitive positioning
• Enterprise Channel
• Build and develop DSO sales motion
• Create value propositions for large group practices
• Develop relationships with DSO procurement, clinical, and executive stakeholders
• Product Strategy
• Develop long-term product strategy
• Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams
• Ensure the roadmap reflects differentiation
• P&L Management
• Own the clear aligners P&L
• Make tradeoffs for growth, retention, and unit economics
• Resolve operational bottlenecks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a mix of strategy, growth/GTM, or general management roles
• At least one chapter at a high-growth startup and one in a more rigorous analytical environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
• Strong commercial instincts
• Structured thinker who can move fast
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer
• Market share and category leadership mindset
