Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement seasonal menus
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings
- Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Pay
A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually, along with benefits that support your professional growth in the thriving restaurant industry.
