Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions / Working Conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to work 10+ hour shifts and stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and read operational materials
- Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a General Manager, preferably in a high volume, full service, or polished fast casual restaurant environment
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills
- Hospitality degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Restaurant Management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Previous experience with UltiPro, Toast POS, CrunchTime, and TeamworX preferred
- ServSafe, Allergen, and ChokeSaver certifications preferred
