General Manager (Bolting Solutions)

About the Role

EquipmentShare is hiring a General Manager at our Bolting Solutions rental facility in Midland, TX. We're looking for someone ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop an awesome team by hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Manage operations to maximize the financial success of the branch, including monthly profit and loss reviews.
• Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures.
• Effectively communicate with the team and management, setting measurable goals and expectations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
• Industrial tooling experience/knowledge is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
