General Manager, AVIV

We’re currently in search of a General Manager for our AVIV restaurant who shares our values and will champion them. We’re looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions, and someone who’s not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a food & beverage team in an upscale luxury environment
- Elevate standards and cultivate an environment for learning and growth
- Drive guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Anticipate obstacles and find quick solutions
- Meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of food & beverage work experience in an upscale luxury environment
- Minimum of 5 years leading a food & beverage team
- Expertise in food & beverage operations
- Strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Qualifications
- A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
