General Manager - Automotive Repair

About the role

LKQ Corporation is seeking a General Manager for Elitek Vehicle Services in the Georgia market. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in leadership, strategy implementation, and business-to-business sales.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and developing new Technicians
• Providing prompt and professional service to assigned customers
• Offering mechanical and diagnostic procedures on various vehicle makes and models
• Maintaining current knowledge of new automotive systems and techniques
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Assuming other duties as assigned
• Overseeing technicians in an allocated area

Requirements

• 7+ years of automotive repair experience
• High School Degree (or GED equivalent)
• Ability to read and diagnose vehicles
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Detailed-oriented and outgoing personality

Qualifications

• Proficiency with automotive service and diagnostic equipment

Skills

• Knowledge of airbag systems, reprogramming, electrical diagnostics, and collision repair

Pay

$90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses
