Job Summary
Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operations of their centers, focusing on risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The ideal candidate will also manage financial performance, recognize and retain talent, and ensure compliance with SOPs, insurance partners, and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
- Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
- Maintain and monitor current financial performance metrics.
- Review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ensure thorough, safe, and profitable vehicle repairs in accordance with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
- A valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
- Age 21 or older.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
Qualifications
- Advanced understanding of estimates.
- Prior experience with OEM and advanced understanding of the repair process/procedures, scanning process.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external.
- Physical ability to perform consistent physical activities such as reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
