Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store.
- Recruit and train employees.
- Maximize sales by creating goals for your team of 8-12 employees and hitting your own sales goals each month.
- Manage accounting, service, and collection activities along with maintaining inventory.
- Ensure all operations and customer service expectations are met through diligence.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a management role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Pay
Earn a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 during training, and up to $80,000 - $130,000 after training with bonuses. Vacation time starts at 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, and 3 weeks after 7 years of employment.
