About the role
As a General Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store. You will build and lead a team of 8-12 employees, drive profitability, manage accounting, service, and collection activities, and maintain inventory. Your leadership will ensure operational and customer service expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate employees to maintain a family-oriented atmosphere.
- Maximize sales by setting and achieving team and personal sales goals.
- Manage accounting, service, and collection activities.
- Maintain inventory and delegate tasks to ensure store success.
- Uphold high standards for operations and customer service.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a management role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
Pay
During training: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus. After training: $80,000 - $130,000 per year with bonuses.
