About the role
As a General Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store. You will recruit and train a team of 8-12 employees, drive profitability by maximizing sales and setting goals, manage accounting, service, and collection activities, and maintain inventory. Your leadership will ensure operational and customer service expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 8-12 employees to maintain a family-oriented atmosphere.
- Drive profitability by maximizing sales and setting team and personal sales goals.
- Manage accounting, service, and collection activities.
- Maintain inventory and delegate tasks to ensure store success.
- Uphold high standards for customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a management role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
Pay
During training, you will earn a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus. After training, compensation ranges from $80,000 - $130,000 with bonuses.
