Responsibilities

• Direct the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store
• Recruit and train employees to build a great team that maintains our family-oriented atmosphere
• Drive profitability by maximizing sales, including creating goals for your team of 8-12 employees
• Set an example by hitting your own sales goals each month
• Manage accounting, service, and collection activities
• Maintain inventory
• Delegate tasks to ensure store success
• Ensure all expectations for operations and customer service are met

Requirements

• 3+ years in a management role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Pay

• $3,000 sign-on bonus
• During training: competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000
• After training: up to $80,000 - $130,000 with bonuses
