General Manager/ Automotive

About the role

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time General Manager/Automotive. The position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 during training, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $80,000 - $130,000 after training, including bonuses. Responsibilities

• Recruit and train employees
• Create and set sales goals for your team
• Maximize sales by managing accounting, service, and collection activities
• Maintain inventory
• Ensure all operations and customer service expectations are met through diligent leadership and delegation

Requirements

• 3+ years in a management role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
