- Can handle the daily operations and oversee all areas of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales.
- Capable of successfully marketing the hotel's quality product and services with the goal of exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Sharp at sales leadership and implementing plans to achieve profitability goals.
- Knows how to recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent that will give the WOW experience to all guests.
- Passionate about helping guests out as quickly and awesomely as possible.
- Works with departments to achieve budgets and build strong working relationships.
- Motivates and ensures the cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
- Produces and effectively explains the monthly financial reports.
- Delivers strong financial performance while maintaining guests' relations.
- Enjoys collaboration and learning with other ZMC Hotels General Managers.
