- Be Hands-On: Jump in where needed from carving rotisserie chicken, checking prep standards, or ensuring recipes are followed perfectly to providing our guests gracious hospitality to coaching and developing your team – you’re all in.
What You Bring
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years' experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Guest Focus and Obsession: Passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Operational Know-How: Strong understanding of food safety, inventory, P&L and labor practices.
- People Skills: Excellent communicator who builds trust with teams and guests.
- Develop team members to build our bench and reach their full potential.
- Problem-Solver: Quick thinker who solves challenges with ease.
