About the role

Workout Anytime Rock Hill is looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and support our mission to provide exceptional fitness services to our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily gym operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Lead, train, and inspire staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies for membership growth.
• Oversee member satisfaction and respond to feedback.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in the fitness or customer service industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for fitness and commitment to member success.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
