About The Role
As a General Manager, you'll lead a Wonder location, overseeing a shared kitchen serving multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. This role involves managing a diverse team, collaborating with various partners, and owning the local P&L. You'll need operational dexterity to handle a wide range of responsibilities, from staffing to vendor relations.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations with excellence
- Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution
- Maintain strict adherence to labor, food safety, team member safety, and compliance standards
- Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and product shelf life
- Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real-time
- Drive business results and own the P&L
- Manage partnerships and represent Wonder in the local ecosystem
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Food Manager Certificate (state, county, or local health department requirement)
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Known for cross-functional fluency and ability to influence and collaborate across departments
- Obsessed with customer service, quality, accountability, and results
