Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance
  • 5-8 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build and maintain a collaborative team environment
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the interconnect industry & Mil-Spec knowledge
  • Working knowledge of interconnects, cable assembly components, including wire, contacts, and connectors (highly desired)
  • Proven track record of implementing change and driving operational improvements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Position Summary

The General Manager of our Micro division will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and quality that exceeds expectations. The role requires building out the division in an entrepreneurial environment and implementing strategies for long-term growth.

Pay & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $160,000/year - $220,000/year (DOE), plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
