General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations, including construction, sales, and administrative functions.
• Oversee multiple ground-up custom home projects from planning through completion.
• Manage and develop construction, sales, and support teams to achieve operational goals.
• Drive sales performance by supporting new home sales initiatives and customer experience.
• Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other key partners.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Implement and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in custom residential home construction.
• Prominent success managing multiple ground-up residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Experience managing branch or regional operations, including P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local subcontractor and vendor networks is a plus.
