Key Responsibilities
- Lead all branch operations, including construction, sales, and administrative functions.
- Oversee multiple ground-up custom home projects from planning through completion.
- Manage and develop construction, sales, and support teams to achieve operational goals.
- Drive sales performance by supporting new home sales initiatives and customer experience.
- Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other key partners.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Implement and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in custom residential home construction.
- Prominent success managing multiple ground-up residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Experience managing branch or regional operations, including P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local subcontractor and vendor networks is a plus.
