Our client is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented General Manager to lead and scale a high-performing branch operation in the Door, Frame & Hardware (Division 8/10/28) industry. Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of Revenue and EBITDA performance
  • Drive sales forecasting, profitability, and margin improvement
  • Analyze financial performance and implement growth strategies
  • Maintain contract integrity and minimize risk exposure
  • Lead DFH distribution and service operations
  • Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Project Management, and Production
  • Oversee change order management and operational efficiency
  • Foster continuous improvement and best-practice implementation
  • Build and lead high-performing teams
  • Mentor Project Managers and department leaders
  • Develop succession plans and invest in staff development
  • Create a unified, accountable, performance-driven culture
  • Serve as the face of the organization in the Tacoma market
  • Strengthen relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, and vendors
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion

Requirements

  • 10+ years in the Door, Frame & Hardware (Division 8/10/28) industry
  • Background in Operations and Project Management
  • Proven P&L ownership experience
  • Strong leadership presence and executive communication skills
  • Financial acumen and analytical mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay

Base Salary: $175,000 – $210,000 (DOE)

Performance Bonus
