What the role is about
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dispensary operations. Your leadership and strategic direction will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing inventory management, achieving sales goals, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you work closely with individuals across the company to achieve common goals.

What you’ve accomplished
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management position
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Demonstrated skills in people management and development
- Strong customer service expertise, including supervising retail associates and experience in handling invoices and cash
- Possess professionalism, punctuality, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with various business technologies, hardware, and software, including HR systems for timesheet management, time clocks, POS systems, and the Microsoft Office suite, is expected
Working Conditions
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Stores are open 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 11:45 pm (varying by location), nights, weekends & holidays
- The schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business
