Responsibilities
- Oversee all retail store functions and implement the company vision through day-to-day leadership of store staff.
- Drive high-performance results in a fast-paced, solutions-driven sales environment, prioritizing customer and employee experience.
- Mentor and develop your Assistant General Manager.
- Complete required trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
- Motivate your team to excel in every guest interaction, ensuring adherence to the sales process Every Guest Every Time.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-caliber sales team through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Act as a brand advocate for Victra and ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engage in sales strategy development to effectively showcase products and services.
- Ensure store employees meet monthly success metrics and complete assigned training on time.
- Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintain retail inventory compliance and manage store operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Drive in-store traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base through innovative strategies.
- Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and employee work-related needs.
- Resolve guest escalations in a timely manner.
- Communicate company objectives and priorities clearly to the team and follow up as needed.
- Stay updated on new sales promotions and provide guests with complete solutions to meet their current and future needs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role, preferably in a commissions-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team.
- Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (e.g., November–December).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements
- Complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of your start date (may include overnight travel at the company’s expense).
- Complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU (may include overnight travel at the company’s expense).

Pay
Base rate of $28.50/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
Schedule
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Peak periods, including November through December.
