Responsibilities
- Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment
- Focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience
- Act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager
- Complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls
- Motivate your team to do their best in every guest interaction
- Build, develop, and mentor your sales team
- Engage in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store
- Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions
- Own all guest escalations and provide a timely resolution
- Clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members and provide timely follow up
- Stay up to date with new sales promotions and ensure they are providing our guests with a complete solution to meet their current and future needs
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
- Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment
- Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for long periods of time

Compensation
$24.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission

You will need to have 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role, management experience in a commissions-based sales environment, and a proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals. You must have balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment, set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high performing team. You should have basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge. You must have a high school diploma or GED, one or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. You must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, able to lift ten pounds, and able to stand for long periods of time. Training requirements include attending and successfully completing a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program and a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program.
