About the role

Talented General Manager with Hospitality and Scratch Kitchen Experience to Join Our Tribe and Taste the World! Velvet Taco is a one‑of‑a‑kind taco concept serving a chef‑driven menu in a unique & funky fast‑casual setting. Founded on the idea that tacos don’t have to be associated with Tex‑Mex cuisine and can be made with the same care and quality ingredients as fine dining, Velvet Taco is where “anything goes meets the art of the possible.” We use only the freshest ingredients, slow roast our own chicken and corn, use lots of booze in our margaritas, and make everything from scratch. Our kick‑ass Tribe is at the center of it all, and we were voted one of the Top 25 Best Brands to Work For in 2023 by QSR.

Responsibilities

• Directs the management team where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of assigned restaurant.
• Leads effective restaurant operations, resulting in consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards.
• Drives team member training and development with an employer of choice mentality.
• Creates and promotes a 5‑star guest experience.

Pay

Salary range: $75k‑$85K base, with up to 20% performance bonus paid quarterly.

Schedule

5‑Day Work Week with a rotating schedule.
