Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team of automotive professionals
• Mentor your team in best practices for securing deals while providing guidance to improve sales performance
• Establish sales goals, monitor progress, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets
• Oversee and manage inventory
• Provide coaching and training to fellow managers and team members
• Collaborate directly with the COO
• Interpret and understand departmental accounting documents
• Uphold exceptional sales and customer service excellence
• Ensure compliance with required manufacturer standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in dealership management
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for developing team talent
• Energetic and enthusiastic presence throughout the sales workday
• Goal-oriented and friendly demeanor, especially in negotiations
• Detail-oriented with sharp problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, computer, and basic math capabilities
• Clean background, clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles
