Job Responsibilities
- Schedules and assigns stations for employees
- Recruits, selects, orients, and trains employees
- Coaches, counsels, disciplines, and terminates employees
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results
- Achieves financial objectives by monitoring sales targets, maintaining budgets, and forecasting labor
- Upholds excellent standard of customer service
- Maintains store inventories and ensures availability of merchandise and services
- Maintains a safe and clean environment for customers and employees
- Rolls out new menu items to team members and communicates these changes throughout the retail space
- Processes weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Orders and maintains uniform supply and holds all employees to uniform standards
- Addresses all maintenance issues
Job Requirements
- ServSafe Manager Food Handlers license required
- 2+ years of experience in a food retail management role preferred
- Prior experience managing a team required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Possess dexterity to prepare and serve guests all menu items in accordance with established service and build-out standards
- Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs of weight regularly
- Stand for extended periods of time regularly
- Walk up and down stairs regularly
- Stand, bend and reach for prolonged periods of time
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
