General Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns stations for employees
• Recruits, selects, orients, and trains employees
• Coaches, counsels, disciplines, and terminates employees
• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results
• Achieves financial objectives by monitoring sales targets, maintaining budgets, and forecasting labor
• Upholds excellent standard of customer service
• Maintains store inventories and ensures availability of merchandise and services
• Maintains a safe and clean environment for customers and employees
• Rolls out new menu items to team members and communicates these changes throughout the retail space
• Processes weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
• Orders and maintains uniform supply and holds all employees to uniform standards
• Addresses all maintenance issues

Job Requirements

• ServSafe Manager Food Handlers license required
• 2+ years of experience in a food retail management role preferred
• Prior experience managing a team required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Possess dexterity to prepare and serve guests all menu items in accordance with established service and build-out standards
• Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs of weight regularly
• Stand for extended periods of time regularly
• Walk up and down stairs regularly
• Stand, bend and reach for prolonged periods of time
• Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
