General Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns stations for employees
• Selects, trains, coaches, counsels, disciplines, and terminates employees
• Monitors and appraises job results
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining, and terminating employees
• Plays a key role in planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Manages people operations
• Manages sales
• Maintains inventory
• Ensures guest service experience

Job Requirements

• ServSafe Manager Food handlers license required
• 2+ years of experience in a food retail management role preferred
• Prior experience managing a team required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask

Pay & Schedule

The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Salary Range $65,000—$70,000 USD.
