About the role
A General Manager at URGE FITNESS will lead a team to drive revenue and customer service, manage the club's operations, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and customer service
- Hire, train, and develop a highly effective sales team
- Generate leads through local outreach initiatives
- Set and hold team accountable to goals
- Manage the club's facilities and ensure they meet URGE FITNESS standards
- Proactively manage and resolve member concerns
- Ensure the Sales Consultants' image is maintained
- Conduct daily club walk-throughs
- Meet with the management team daily to strategize on achieving goals
Requirements
- A record of success in driving revenue and customer service
- The ability to hire, train, and develop a highly effective sales team

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- General computer proficiency

Benefits

Pay

Schedule
- Full Time (45+ hours)
- Available for evenings (up until 9pm weekdays) and weekends (up until 2pm)
