Urban Air is seeking a General Manager to lead the team and drive success while maintaining a fun culture.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff
- Cultivate a team environment for exceptional customer service
- Implement and execute staff training programs
- Select and develop Area Leads and Certified Trainers
- Lead and influence managerial staff
- Maintain a strong community presence
OPERATIONS
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- Execute all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
- Ensure operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to standards
- Direct management team and ensure high staff performance
- Foster positive employee relations
- Monitor online reviews
FINANCIALS
- Capitalize business opportunities
- Execute company marketing strategies to drive sales
- Manage inventory control and staffing levels
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans
- Control expenses to meet or exceed annual budgets
The General Manager must have the following qualifications:
- Strong character and good judgment in decision-making
- Experience in hospitality (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, Restaurants)
- 3+ years of experience in Facility Operations & Management
- Develops team members in areas of responsibility
- Achieves expected store financial results
- Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional grooming and conduct
- Establishes working relationships with all employees, management, and vendors
- Establishes and communicates a vision for the park
- Adaptable and flexible
- Keeps high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
- Appreciates diversity

Urban Air offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$80,000/YEAR plus bonus.
Hours are typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend shifts as needed.
