Responsibilities
- Lead daily club operations, staff performance, and member satisfaction.
- Meet financial goals and operational targets.
- Coach and develop department leaders and front‑line staff.
Qualifications
- Previous multi‑department leadership experience in a fitness or service setting.
- Strong business acumen and team‑management skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and build a strong team culture.
Requirements
- 1+ years as General Manager or higher.
- Previous experience with sales goals.
- Motivation to build relationships and coach staff.
- Market knowledge and staffing expertise.
